2. Purpose and acceptance
The website presents Blackout Colors, its services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Commercial System and Automation & AI), its complementary products, cases and articles. By browsing it you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy, which are independent of these terms.
3. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the texts, design, code, own images, videos, the Blackout Colors brand and logo belong to Blackout Colors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify them for commercial purposes without written authorization. You may quote short excerpts citing the source and linking to the website.
The names, brands and logos of clients and third-party tools (for example, Google, Meta, WhatsApp or Mercado Pago) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe projects or integrations. Some photographs come from image libraries and are used under their licenses.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about us and contact us. You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to, breach or test the security of the website or its providers;
- extract content in bulk or by automated means in a way that affects the website's operation;
- interfere with its operation or overload it;
- introduce malicious code;
- use the website or its contact channels for unlawful activities, spam or impersonation.
5. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the website's information correct and up to date, but some data may be outdated or contain unintentional errors. Blog articles are informational and do not replace an analysis of your company's specific case.
6. Services and proposals
The website describes services and ways of working in general terms. The scope, deliverables, timelines, investment and responsibilities of each project are defined in the corresponding proposal or contract, which prevails over the website's general information.
7. Free diagnostic
Blackout Colors offers a free 30-minute initial diagnostic. That diagnostic:
- does not mean hiring any service and creates no obligation for either party;
- does not guarantee that we will send you a proposal: if we do not see a clear opportunity, we will tell you;
- does not guarantee results;
- does not define the scope of any later work, which is agreed separately.
8. Own products and systems
The website presents our own products, such as the online store and ordering system and the commercial system. That information is descriptive. Access to demos, subscription to plans and any purchase are subject to the specific conditions we communicate for each product before you hire it.
Published prices are informational and may change. Before you hire, we confirm the current price and conditions.
9. Third-party links
The website includes links to third-party websites and services, including client websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
10. Availability
The website may experience interruptions, maintenance or content changes, and some integrated third-party services (such as the booking calendar) may be temporarily unavailable.
11. Liability
Blackout Colors is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the website, from decisions based solely on its general content, from interruptions caused by third parties or from causes beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by applicable law, including consumer protection law where applicable.
12. Accessibility
We want the website to be usable with a keyboard, screen readers and different screen sizes, and we keep working to improve it. We have not yet carried out a formal accessibility audit, so we do not declare conformance with a specific standard.
If you find an accessibility barrier, write to contact@blackoutcolors.com with the page and the problem, and we will look into it.
13. Changes
We may change the website's content and these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction rules that apply under the regulations in force, without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers.
