No. Our approach is to integrate with what you already use via APIs, webhooks or native connectors. Migrating systems has hidden costs, creates change resistance and stalls projects. We avoid it whenever possible.
Systems are always covered by continuous maintenance. We handle monitoring, adjustments and incident resolution proactively, with defined response times. This guarantees operational stability without you having to intervene or worry about technical issues.
Zapier is the simplest, but charges per step (each filter or action counts as a "task"), which makes it expensive quickly in complex workflows. Make is intermediate: visual with complex branching, at ~60% lower cost than Zapier. n8n is the most powerful, open-source, with native LangChain integration since January 2026 and pricing per full execution (not per step). For AI automation and medium/high volume, n8n is usually the best option for SMBs. We choose the tool based on each case, not by default.
